HOHA Dues

You can now pay your annual dues on-line! Each December, you will receive an invoice from the treasurer of the Hidden Oaks Homeowners Association. The invoice will show the amount due for the annual assessment, as well as any special assessments, for the lot(s) you own.

To pay your invoice, please enter the amount owed (as shown on your invoice) in the space below. Please also enter your Full Name and Email Address or Phone Number so we can reach you if we have any questions regarding your payment.

Please Note: You will be charged a 4% fee to pay your dues on-line. This is to cover the standard fee associated with processing a payment using a credit card. In your cart, you will see a 4% fee applied to the amount you enter below. If you would like to avoid the 4% fee, you may pay your invoice by check mailed to 450 Hidden Oaks Lane, Corsicana, TX 75109 or reach out to the Treasurer directly to coordinate a manual drop-off.

How much are the assessments and when are they due?

The normal assessment is $300 per lot per year based on the original plat of 81 lots. Some lots have been combined into one lot since the original plat, but assessments are still due based on the original plat. From time to time there may be special assessments for road repairs and the like. Special assessments are voted on by the property owners.

The assessments are due as of January 1 of each year and are past due as of January 31. The assessments are paid in advance, meaning assessments due on January 1are assessments for that calendar year. Special assessments will be due 60 days after notice to each property owner. If you are delinquent paying assessments , the HOHA may file a lien on your property. The HOHA will offer each property owner that is delinquent an “Alternative Payment Plan” allowing them to pay out the obligation over the year. A $100 administrative fee is added for all alternative payment plans.
